Inspiration of the day. Strange Faces and Hair.

I am really interested in strange people, places, and things. Nouns. Strange Nouns.

Although if you have a better adjective please share. Strange just has such a negative connotation as it rolls off our big sloppy tongues.  I want a word that is more uplifting than STRANGE. Its too bold. I need  f    fluidityyyy  yy  y. I just want a word that will pick out the S and the E and call it beautiful.

But what about strange adjectives?

Thinking.

Thoughts.

Idea..s.

So. Now, these images below.
Inspired!

Amandin Paulandree.

Animates the hair as a unknown physical being. A creature. One that lurks in nature, and crawls through our dying woods. It spreads out its arms and feasts.

I figured it out. Hair is the cause of forest destruction!

I really enjoy the loss of identity through patterns and texture in this image. She is disguising her body into this space.

jaap_scheeren

Woooahh. I caught you. And I feel lucky.

This artist uses the flash to capture a single moment in time while blurring out the background. His body is melting into the environment. Maybe stressing the ephemeral sate of nature and the human body? None the less I like the idea of loosing yourself in nature.

A am obsessed with this portrait. Her hair is adhering and consuming my mind!.. and her friend's. It is such an interesting way to juxtapose figures while incorporating positive and negative space. Its elegant but completely madding.

tom_palumbo

Perfectly cleaned and polished. Only to find that my hands are too big and my hair looks like a chode. Oh will I ever get it right...  Well, Tom Palumbo it doest matter because awkward grace is stunning. And it looks just fine to me.

Painting Final

My Painting final. A palimpsest of the words "Its right here, Its all of it."- Jordan Scholl.  All of the black is these words written over and over.  A void of words. Inspired by Agate stones (lines) and learning how to "see" for the first time. Looking closer and closer. Into Atomic energy. Cut loose from all boundaries and restrictions. Into a space that can just be.
An Organic mass.
Optically free.

My first Blog.

I finally broke down and got a BloG. Mostly because I can not keep up with my written journal. Ever since I filled up my last sketch book, I can not commit to a new journal. So maybe this will be it. The new journal I have been searching for. Somewhere where I can collect my thoughts. And not loose them. I can capture and record ideas before they cross over the boarder. And be lost forever. Its a place where I can post and collect my inspiration. Although I'm not sure how I feel about this blog being infinite. I can never finish it, close it, and stack it on my shelf. Call it a day. Yet it will always be floating in space around me. The space of the Internet. What ever that is.

But on another note, I feel as if the big bang is happening inside my head. Brain tissue is everywhere. Blow away. Lost. confused. But so Excited. For the first time I feel like I am in the right place. Fallowing the right path. I just hope I can stay on this path. Although stops are acceptable.

Montana Moss Agate deposite

I want all of these. Montana Moss Agate. The fossilized moss looks like mini landscapes. SOO pretty. And so much history.

What I call Sounds. Image by Delane Yallen

A thought developing in the conciseness or unconsciousness of our minds. Or Maybe its a galaxy off in space. Or it is the center or an atom. Regardless it is energy that makes up everything. So whats the difference?
